Uncle Herb Patten and Uncle Brian Butler in Melbourne on Saturday 4th August celebrating National Aboriginal and Islander Children’s Day.

Brian Butler a founding member of SNAICC and life member held the position of chair for 16 years including 1988 when the 4th of August was declared National Aboriginal and Islander Children’s Day (NAICD).
